Softpulse GmbH grants the user a simple right of use of the Softpulse® software for a limited period of time for the duration of the subscription. The use is limited to the collection and processing of business processes in accordance with applicable national and international law (customer's duty to provide information).
Any non-compliant, misappropriated or criminal use is prohibited and will result in account suspension and, if necessary, police charges. We do not accept any liability for damages incurred by the user as a result of misused, unlawful or criminal use.
The user is obliged to keep the access data for his account secret and to take appropriate precautions so that they do not become known. We consider any use of the Softpulse app with a regular login to be personally made by the user. The user undertakes to change his password immediately and to contact the support department if the login becomes known. Any liability for damages resulting from known logins is rejected.
