Set up e-mail dispatch

To be able to send emails from Softpulse, you need to set up your mailbox in the app. Follow these instructions:

Step 1:

Log in to your Softpulse account and navigate to the logo settings via the Administration > General > Preferencesmenu.

Step 2:

Enter the URL of your SMTP server in the Host field
Enter the port number for your SMTP server in the Port field
Enter your username in the Login field
Click the Enable SSL checkbox if your server supports SSL connections
Enter your password in the Password and Confirm password fields

Tip: If you don't know the URL of your SMTP server, check the account settings of your previous email program or contact your provider.
