Softpulse is a powerful and flexible tool to manage your business. To get you started quickly, we'll explain the layout and controls of the app here.
Layout
The app layout follows a simple web page structure with title bar, navigation bar and main window. Every Internet user is familiar with this principle and quickly finds the target.
Headline
The title bar shows you which administrative area of your company you are currently in.
Navigation bar
Navigation in Softpulse works primarily through the left sidebar. There, all administrative areas of your company are listed.
Main window
In the main window your entries are displayed, created and edited.
Menu
The menu is the control bar above a list or an entry. Here you can find all functions related to the entries of your database, e.g. add, save ,filter or export.
Listen
All records in Softpulse are organized in lists. Think of a list as a collection of all the records in an administrative area in your organization.
Entries
An entry is a single record in Softpulse. For example, in the contacts list it corresponds to a contact, in the to do list to a task, in the project list to a project, in the inventory to a product.
Fields
A field contains a single part of a record or a single piece of information of an entry.
