The security of your business information is important. If you know or have reasonable suspicion that an unauthorized person has access to your Softpulse account,
- try to change your password immediately and
- contact us immediately so that we can block your account if necessary and discuss the further procedure with you.
Call us or send an email outside office hours with the subject "Please block account". You can do both from our contact page.
To prevent such a case, we highly recommend setting up two-factor authentication (2FA).
