The security of your business information is important. If you know or have reasonable suspicion that an unauthorized person has access to your Softpulse account,

  • try to change your password immediately and
  • contact us immediately so that we can block your account if necessary and discuss the further procedure with you.

Call us or send an email outside office hours with the subject "Please block account". You can do both from our contact page.

To prevent such a case, we highly recommend setting up two-factor authentication (2FA).

Note: Please keep in mind that according to the terms and conditions you are obliged to keep your access data secret and to take appropriate precautions that they do not become known. We consider every use of the Softpulse app with a regular login to have been made personally by the user. The user is obliged to change his password immediately and to contact the support in case of a known login. Any liability for damages resulting from known logins is rejected.
Note: Be sure to write your new number in the email to avoid confusion.
