Once we have set up your Softpulse account, we will send you your access link. When you visit your account via this link for the first time, you will be asked to set up your personal password as admin.
To secure your account in the best possible way, you can also activate two-factor authentication (2FA). To do this, you need a valid Office 365 email address.
