- We read the comments of our users and take the feedback into consideration.
- We actively give our users the opportunity to vote for new features.
What we don't do on social media
- For security reasons, we do not offer account-related support via social media. The quickest way to get help is to make a request by phone or via our contact form.
- We do not contact anyone by direct message. If someone claims to be a Softpulse employee via DM, you can be sure it's a scam.
